About Out of Hours Coaching
Out of Hours exists to encourage more people to follow their curiosity and build the life they want, before they run out of hours. Whether you’re creating new habits, at a crossroads and not sure what to do, trying to live more to your values and balance, or wanting to expand into your full potential in life but feel like something’s holding you back, it can be very helpful to have a guide; championing you, asking the right questions and keeping you accountable to do the work you want to do in this world.
I offer 1-1 coaching to a very select group of clients to help them move to a work and personal life that feels satisfying to them - allowing them to be their full selves, and tap into their full potential.
Is it a good fit?
My clients so far have been marketing leaders, non-profit leaders, designers, people working in tech and founders. You’re likely a good fit if:
You want more from life: you feel you could be more fulfilled, living more aligned with your values and more ‘yourself’. You have a gnawing sense that there is something more for you out there and want help uncovering what that looks like and how to get there.
Your inner critic is loud, your procrastination is dialled up and you are feeling lost and unmotivated and want some structure.
Your mindset is stuck. You want to achieve more, improve relationships, or move jobs - but your perspective feels stuck.
About me
I’m Georgia Ritter, and I’ve always been driven to understand what makes someone unique and how they can fulfil their potential. I have a degree in Politics, Psychology and Sociology from Cambridge University and started my career in advertising, focused on understanding why people do what they do.
I have since had a long career in tech - working at startups like Deliveroo, to working in venture capital, working in marketing and supporting entrepreneurs.
Through Out of Hours, I am on a mission to help more people fulfil their potential. I’ve run sold-out courses on building side projects, I’ve run meditation courses to quieten the mind, and I’ve launched the Out of Hours podcast, which has been featured in Esquire Magazine’s best podcasts and GQ Magazine.
I am a fully trained Co-active coach - training with CTI. I also have a 200 hr yoga teacher certification and 100 hr meditation certification, and believe in holistic coaching that sees the person as a whole, looks at breath, body and mind.
What is coaching?
You can think of a coach as someone who helps you get unstuck and move forward. Just like sportspeople have coaches to be the best at their game, we would all benefit from a coach to help illuminate our blind spots, make progress on our goals and get clear on what we want. A coach doesn’t tell you what to do, but rather gives you the space to discover the answers you have been too busy to hear. I believe in the power of questions and holding a warm and challenging space for deep self reflection. I have seen the power of coaching first-hand in giving people more confidence, certainty, purpose and power - discovering what they already know deep-down is true, and finally interrupt patterns and stories that have been holding them back.
How to work with me
The first step will be a 20 minute intro call, to hear a bit more about what you’re looking for from coaching and to see whether I might be a good fit, or if I might know someone else who might be a better fit.
I plan to take on an extremely limited number of clients, as I prefer to have high quality relationships. Sessions run biweekly, and can be tailored around your own schedule. I currently have an intro offer for the first few clients of a reduced fee, which will go up in 2025. The 50 minute sessions will take place fortnightly - in the evening after work or on weekends.
If you’re looking to get greater clarity, to better voice the things that are holding you back, or to have space to explore how to fulfil your full potential - sign up below to see if coaching would be helpful to you.
